I can make perfect meals now with this griddle. It makes perfect pancakes, french toast, bacon, grilled cheese and hamburgers & hot dogs too. The grill is nice and big, so I can make meals for my whole family. In the past it would take longer to make a pancake breakfast from a fry pan. Now I an make a large batch of pancakes for everyone, in no time. The non-stick surface is great and also easy to clean. I am so happy that I bought this griddle.
I was concerned with the reviews that mentioned uneven heating etc but took the precaution and preheated the griddle to 400 degrees for about 15 minutes before proceeding. Last night I make stuffed cauliflower parathas which came out great! I was able to cook 4 breads at a time which made it a lot easier and faster than trying to use multiple pans on the cooktop. This morning, I made pancakes for my family and those came out very evenly cooked as well.
