Tried a cornish hen (5.7 lbs) which took 22 min to cook in peanut oil. Marinade put in. The result was the best chicken I have ever tasted. The chicken is juicy, reminds me of a turkey that is juicy. The fryer is well made and I like the way to drain the oil when it is needed to be removed. How good is the chicken. Just writing this is getting me hungry for some more.
