Get The Scoop On These Infrared Turkey Fryers
Customer reviews are a great way to research a product and find out if it truly delivers. Here are a few reviews from owners of the Char-Broil 08101480 The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer.
Purchased this new style turkey “fryer” in January, 2010! I absolutely love it! It is the best turkey cooker that I have owned! I am from the cajun state of Louisiana, so we do a whole lot of unique cajun style cooking here. I have been frying turkeys in peanut oil since 1984, and they were always great, very tender, moist, and delicious. However, this new Char Broil infra red cooker has all of my previous pots and methods of cooking turkeys beat, hands down!
About two years ago I was looking to buy a traditional deep fryer but kept putting it off because I kept having terrible visions of my two young children tipping it over and spilling hot grease on them. Then I came upon a new product called The Big Easy. I know the traditional fried turkeys taste awesome, but it was all about the safety for me. We took the chance and purchased. I have not been disappointed. I have used The Big Easy for several holidays now and the turkeys have been wonderful. There is a learning curve to cooking on this.
