I tried several of the Coffee People types and found the Donut Shop to be the best. It is not extra extra bold (too strong and bitter) like the others, but just the right strength. It says Medium Roast but it’s closer to Dark without being too overpowering. I definitely recommend!
I bought the Keurig coffee maker in January 2008 and have had a lot of fun trying a variety of k-cups. Donut Shop Coffee is my current new favorite. It is excellent coffee just like you would get at a great diner. Rich and smooth with a slight sweetness and absolutely no bitterness. Other favorites in our carousel are Timothy’s Rain Forest Espresso and Coffee People Black Tiger. Extra Bold is the way to go if you like your coffee hearty and strong. By the way, reading other recommendations has been a terrific way to find k-cup coffees. It really eliminates the error part of trial and error.
