I tried this before my baby was born and I like it. I needed some fresh fruit for my 6 month old niece. She was having bowel issues I was told to give her fresh fruit in stead of jars. It did not take long the food to look like the stage 2 foods in the store. I saw the blade goes up and down to try to get all the food. I defiantly recommend this to any one who want the best food for there baby. Home made food is so much healthier for babies than jar stuff, in my opinion.
I’ve been using this processor for a couple of months now, and my baby likes the fresh food much better than the jarred stuff. It’s very small, so you can’t make a huge quantity of food at one time, but it’s perfect for making food for one or two meals. Baked chicken, mashed (or baked) potatoes, and canned peas with a little water (for example) mix up into a stage 2 consistency in seconds. It is always necessary to add a little liquid (water, milk, soup stock, juice) to the mix to make it blend well.
